In order to show up fully, and make your experience as profound as possible, please use the following guidelines:

Make sure that Zoom is installed, and working, on your device.

Be prepared to have a quiet, uninterrupted space for yourself for each 90 minute call. The less distractions there are, the more you’ll be able to connect, and get the most out of your time.
Please come as you are to each call with the following:

A willingness to explore the frontiers of voice and expression.

A notebook or journal to take notes
-
Water or herbal tea for vocal hydration
It's helpful to download the Zoom app to your computer or device beforehand.

After each live session, the recordings will be uploaded to a Youtube private-access link and added to the Shared Google Doc, for you to review as much as you like! You'll also find class notes & weekly practices in the Shared Google Doc.
