Here's a reminder of our journey together....

 

We'll meet live on Zoom for 4 consecutive Saturdays, 90-minute sessions.

For the first session, just show up, as you are. Ideally, set yourself up in a quiet space with minimal distractions.

After each live session, the recordings will be uploaded to a Youtube private-access link and shared with you, for you to review as much as you like!
