Dear creative soul,
A CONTENT FAST is a sacred pause.
A time to consume less.
Less scrolling.
Less media.Less noise.
Less taking in everyone else’s opinions, strategies, and crap.
A time to come back to embodied presence.
To listen.
To feel.
To observe what is true within.
Because when we are constantly filled with external input, it becomes harder to hear the deeper signal moving through us.
When we are constantly consuming, we can lose the signal of our own inner knowing.
We risk creating from repetition instead of revelation.
From performance instead of presence.
From copycat energy instead of authentic expression.
The Empowered Creator does not only ask,
What is working out there?
They also ask,
What is alive in me?
A content fast clears the channel.
So expression can move through the body, mind, and heart with honesty, depth, and originality.
This is how we create from centred authenticity.
Not from copycat energy.
Not from performance.
But from truth.
Right now, my own life is asking for this.
I am in my homelands for 6 weeks, with family, with loved ones, taking purposeful pauses in productivity and social media.
I am clearing the canvas for my next cycle of creation.
Being with what is rising to be seen, felt, integrated, and carried forward.
To me, this is a sacred practice in the life of an EMPOWERED CREATOR.
