For Stephanie, real empowerment began by connecting with her innermost feelings, natural rhythms, and authentic voice!
Her personal and professional journey has led her to a devotion in helping others Rise & Thrive in a holistic way, developing embodied awareness, and empowered expression in all aspects of their life. She has served as lead facilitator on five previous retreats and has supported and co-facilitated on countless other retreat experience, trainings and immersions.

In Sanskrit, Sumaya means a long-awaited dream come true, while in Arabic it translates as a little piece of paradise.

Flights & ground transportation are not included in the retreat. But we’ll gladly help you navigate the best options for ease, safety, and budget.

Ground transportation by private car or shared shuttle to Panajachel (approx. 3.5 hours)

Short boat ride from Panajachel directly to the Villa Sumaya private dock (20 minutes)
By request, and for an additional fee, Villa Sumaya will arrange your transportation to and from the retreat and help you explore your options for additional overnight stays at Lake Atitlán or in Antigua Guatemala.

PAYMENT PROCESS & METHODS
Once your application is reviewed and you feel comfortable with your selection, you will be requested to provide a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your retreat spot and specific accommodations.
The final 50% will be due by February 12, 2025.
