A Memoir-in-motion. The story before the book. The Wild Wisdom Way PODCAST.

I want to let you in on something I’ve been carrying quietly.

Over the past while, I’ve felt a pull — not to do more, but to tell the truth more slowly. To live inside the questions instead of rushing toward answers. To let my own becoming be visible as it’s happening.

I’ve begun writing a memoir.

Not the polished‑ending version.

Not the “I’ve figured it all out” story.

But the honest, lived‑in one — the kind that unfolds while you’re still inside it.

And because this story is still being written, I didn’t want to wait until the book was finished to share it.

So I created something new.

I’m releasing the very first episode of a new podcast called The Wild Wisdom Way — a memoir‑in‑motion. It’s a space where I’m speaking out loud about what it means to live fully, trust yourself, set boundaries, stay, leave, begin again, and listen inward while you’re still becoming.

This isn’t a pivot away from RISE & THRIVE. It's a deeper layer of it.

I’ve been thinking about why this feels so tender to release.

The Wild Wisdom Way wasn’t born from a strategy or a rebrand. It came from noticing how often we’re taught to wait — to wait until we’re clearer, braver, more certain, more complete.

But real life doesn’t work like that.

Most of us are living our most important chapters without a map. We’re making decisions while unsure. Learning boundaries while practicing them. Listening for intuition while doubting it. Becoming while still being shaped.

That’s the place this podcast comes from.

I’m writing a memoir — slowly, deliberately — and I realized I didn’t want the only version of this story to be the one told in hindsight. I wanted to share it while it’s alive. While it’s unfinished. While I’m still inside the questions.

So The Wild Wisdom Way is me telling the truth in real time.

Not having it all figured out.. Not fixing or solving. Not performing wisdom.

Just walking the path — wild AND wise — and letting you walk alongside me if it resonates.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re standing at the edge of something…If you’re craving depth instead of noise…If you want permission to live your life without burning it all down…

I think you’ll feel at home here.

The Wild Wisdom Way Podcast is ready for you!

Today, I’m releasing the very first episode of The Wild Wisdom Way — and I want to personally invite you inside.

This podcast is a memoir‑in‑motion. It’s where the story I’m writing gets spoken aloud — before it’s polished, before it’s resolved, before it becomes a book on a shelf.

In this first episode, I share why I’m choosing to live and tell this story differently. Why wildness doesn’t have to mean chaos. Why wisdom doesn’t have to mean shrinking. And what it looks like to trust yourself while you’re still becoming.

If you’ve been following RISE & THRIVE, think of this as the quieter room behind it — the one where we sit down, take a breath, and tell the truth.

🫶🏼 You can listen to the episode here:

This isn’t content to consume.

It’s a journey to enter.

And whether you listen to one episode or walk with me for many, I’m grateful you’re here — at the beginning of something that feels deeply honest and alive.

With so much love, Stephanie Kittell
