Yesterday I bled, while offering chocolate & rose to a Mayan cave altar....
🌹 Yesterday I felt the call to go visit a cave altar, sacred to the Maya people, to leave offerings of chocolate & rose, to feed the spirits that feed us.
As I sat in squat position before the altar, offerings in hand, speaking to the spirits of the land, my moon bleed arrived…
🩸 5 days early!
I know this moment of offering & release was divinely timed.
I didn’t consult any calendars.
No rational reason.
No performative prayer.
Just me, Mother Earth
& a call to connect.
I fully TRUST the energetics of what needed to flow - through me & through the wider web of intelligence.
Because I felt an inner wisdom & I let it move me.
I share this with the intention
TO NORMALIZE….
🩸MENSTRUAL BLOOD:
The nourishing power of the immense creative life force within all of us.
(not dirty, shameful, weak, or gross)
🤲🏼 OFFERINGS to EARTH & SPIRIT:
Life-sustaining, heart opening, intimacy with all life that is based in loving reciprocity.
(not ‘woo-woo’… just loving care)
💃🏼 FOLLOWING THE WISDOM WITHIN:
Daring to go off script, answer the call, & receive life’s magic, now!
(Not frivolous… empowering AF!)
